About The Event
Thank you for your interest in participating in our Kitty Knight Fall Festival! The festival will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Kitty Knight located at 14028 Augustine Herman Highway, Georgetown, MD. We are planning on a socially spaced, indoor event in or Main Dining Room! If regulations should dictate, our property also has extensive outdoor space which we may use for the Festival as well.
In the interest of providing a good variety of products to our guests, we will be reviewing each vendor application and will confirm participation status as soon as we have made our vendor decisions. The jury process takes place after our application deadline of September 11th, 2020. Vendors will receive an email within a week after the application deadline informing them of acceptance and payment instructions. The vendor participation fee is $50.
Vendors may begin setting up at 9 a.m. on October 3rd. Vendors are responsible for setting up and bringing their own table. Each vendor has approximately 6' of space available. If using electricity, you must bring your own heavy-duty extension cord. Vendors are responsible for removing their debris immediately following the event. As this is a limited space event, no refunds will be issued.
